Tape sidelined due to injury until November
Bayer 04 will have to manage without defender Axel Tape for the time being.
The 18-year-old Frenchman suffered a muscle-tendon injury in his left thigh at the BayArena on Wednesday during the Champions League match against PSV Eindhoven (1-1). The diagnosis was the result of an MRI scan last night. An operation is not necessary and Tape is expected to be available to the Werkself again after the international break in November.

U20 World Cup: Sarco continues dream start
Alejo Sarco and Argentina won their second group match at the U20 World Cup in Chile on Wednesday night. They beat Australia 4-1 with Sarco setting the tone early with a goal in the third minute. As in the first group game against Cuba, where Sarco scored twice, the 19-year-old was also named "Player of the Match" against Australia.
