The new Werkself third shirt represents the regional rivers of the Wupper, Dhünn and Rhine, which converge in Leverkusen, in the form of white lines on a cyan blue background. As with the 2023/24 home shirt, the new third shirt shows the local connection of Bayer 04 to the city of Leverkusen. The logo of kit supplier Castore and the Bayer 04 logo match the colour of the design.
