The team at the service centre can be contacted by phone on Carnival Sunday (19 February), the day of the Bundesliga fixture against Mainz 05, from 09.00 to 20.30 CET.
The service centre will be open for phone enquiries during the normal opening hours on Rosenmontag (20 February) plus all other carnival days.

Women’s team forward Paulina Bartz is leaving Bayer 04 Leverkusen to play for Hamburg SV until the end of the season. The 20-year-old, whose contract runs to 2027, joins the Bundesliga newcomers on loan until the summer.
