Fan shops and service centre: 2023 Carnival opening times

The carnival days are here. Here are the opening times for the Bayer 04 fan shops and the service centre over the next few days.

The service centre phone lines will be open on the Weiberfastnacht (16 February), the day of the home Europa League game against AS Monaco, from 09.00 to 20.30 CET to answer all queries. The team at the service centre can be contacted by phone on Carnival Sunday (19 February), the day of the Bundesliga fixture against Mainz 05, from 09.00 to 20.30 CET.

The service centre will be open for phone enquiries during the normal opening hours on Rosenmontag (20 February) plus all other carnival days.

Fan shop opening hours

The fan shops in Leverkusen city centre and at the BayArena are open as follows on the carnival days:

Weiberfastnacht:

  • City fan shop: 10.00 to 14.00 CET
  •  
  • BayArena fan shop: Open from 19.00 CET (as stadium opens), closed beforehand 

Carnival Sunday:

  • City fan shop: Closed
  •  
  • BayArena fan shop: Open from 17.30 CET (as stadium opens), closed beforehand 

Rosenmontag:

  • City fan shop: 10.00 to 19.04 CET
  •  
  • BayArena fan shop: Closed

Bayer 04 Women have finished in fifth place after the best Bundesliga season in the club's history in terms of points.
