Bayer 04 launch away kit on new TikTok channel

The new shirt is immediately available from the Bayer 04 fan and online shops in sizes 128 to 5 XL at the price of €77.89 (kids: €58.39).

Fans of the Werkself can now regularly access exclusive content on their favourite club in Black and Red on the platform under the handle @bayer04. This includes spectacular images from the BayArena and of Bayer 04 players as you've never seen them before.

The TikTok platform is a popular video portal and now one of the strongest growing social media platforms worldwide. "We have consciously added TikTok to our platforms to appeal to a new and young target group at home and abroad with creative content and to attract their enthusiasm for us," explained Holger Tromp, communications director at Bayer 04. The club is happy to make use of the high entertainment factor of the platform and its popularity with a very young target audience without ignoring the provision of information.

Anybody wanting to download the app can find the new channel online at www.tiktok.com/@bayer04

With the TikTok launch, Bayer 04 are now represented on all major social media platforms. In addition to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Giphy and Soundcloud plus the Chinese platforms Sina Weibo and WeChat, Bayer 04 have also been on LinkedIn since March 2020. Bayer have a total of 14 platforms providing information in four languages to around six million followers worldwide and that puts the club in the top four in the Bundesliga.
