Markus Irmer – Support staff

In 2000, after completing his apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic, Markus Irmer joined the driving department at Herweg Busbetrieb/WUPSI. There, he drove for the U23 and U19 youth teams, as well as the women’s team of Bayer 04, among others. He also drove for the women’s volleyball team of TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen and the men’s handball team of TSV Bayer Dormagen.

In July 2018, Markus joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen as a bus driver and equipment manager for the men’s professional team.
