Why am I waiting?
You are waiting because the Bayer 04 - fanshop you want to access is not yet open for users (usually only in case of advance ticket-sale) or the fanshop is receiving a large amount of visitors at the same time and wants to grant access in a fair, first-come-first-served order.

Can I lose my place in line?
No. You keep your place in line even if your computer goes to sleep or you close the browser page. When you go back to the queue page you will see updated progress. Keep an eye on your queue progress because when it's your turn you will have a limited window of time (usually 10 minutes) to enter the website.

What happens when it's my turn?
If you have the queue page open when it's your turn you will automatically be redirected to the fanshop. If you do not have the queue page open when it's your turn you will see a popup when you return to the queue page notifying you when your turn started and confirming you want to proceed to the fanshops website.

What happens when I close the browser window or wait to long?
When you are on the fanshops website and close the browser you are allowed to enter the fanshop 2 times more. With the fourth access you will be redirected to the queue. If you pause using the fanshop you will be loose your access-right (usually 10 minutes after the last click on fanshops webpages). 

What does "queue is paused" mean?
When a queue is paused, no one will be redirected to the website, so everyone will be kept in the queue until it is resumed. The queue can be paused for business (e.g. out of stock) or technical reasons. When the queue resumes you will keep the same place in line.
