We only sell tickets for home and away games online via our official online shop. Orders via email, telephone or purchasing from the Bayer 04 Fanwelt are not possible. Exceptions here only apply to Lions Club members who cannot purchase online and also the sale of tickets for disabled supporters.

In general, we split ticket sales into different sales periods. Tickets first go on sale to season card holders and members with the longest membership in the Bayer 04 Club. Open sale follows provided tickets are available after sales to members. You can find an overview of current sales HERE on our digital calendar feed. You can find our prices HERE.

As a rule, tickets for Werkself home games and Bayer 04 Women's team matches will reach you via email within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder. In a few cases our emails can end up there.

We recommend using the Bayer 04 app. You will find all your tickets for Werkself home games on the app. In addition, you can transfer your tickets from the app (as a PDF or to your wallet) or redirect them. We will issue away tickets in good time for the individual match. How you receive the tickets can be found in the confirmation of your order. Recently we have also put away tickets on the Bayer 04 app for certain games. Tickets on the app can still be displayed if the device is offline.

Please note: Tickets for Bayer 04 Women's team games are not available on the app.

After we have received your ticket order you cannot cancel or change it. As as alternative, you can put your home match tickets on sale on the ticket exchange. Information on that is available HERE.

As soon as another fan has snapped up your tickets we will refund the ticket price to your stored bank account after 14 days. Please enter your bank account details (IBAN and BIC) on your profile HERE.

Please note you cannot put your away tickets on sale on the ticket exchange. Perhaps you know somebody who might have the time and desire to go to the match? You can easily transfer your tickets to your friends and family.

HERE is all the information on the use of your tickets for free travel on the public transport network. Please note that this service only applies for Werkself home games.

Lions Club members (up to and including 13 years of age) do not have a log-in with us and therefore cannot take part in ticket sales via our online shop. As a legal guardian you have the opportunity to take part in our ticket sales by phone on +49 214 5000 1904 (with at least one child's ticket in the order). Please have your child's membership number ready when you order by phone.

No! Those tickets could be forged and/or cancelled. We therefore urge you not to buy tickets on the unofficial secondary market. We take action against the trade of tickets and have set up our own mailbox for that.

If you discover tickets offered on the secondary market please contact us via email at schwarzmarkt@bayer04.de. Please attach a screenshot of the advert you've found in your email. This should show the match plus at least one of the following pieces of information: The seller's name and/or seat information (e.g. block, row, seat). Thank you for your support. There is still a high demand for tickets. That exceeds the amount available by several times. It is not possible to meet all requests for tickets given the stadium capacity of 30,210, an away allocation of around 3,000 tickets, 21,400 season cards and over 70,000 Club members.

Therefore the greatest possible fairness in allocation of tickets is important to us. As a rule, tickets go on sale to Club members with a longer membership (start date before 1 July 2022). There is a dedicated area available at the BayArena for all other members for every home game. Season card holders can buy tickets in the first phase if they have not already reached the ticket limit due to their number of season cards.

With Werkself away games, the allocation process depends on how many tickets we receive from home club.

If you are unable to attend a game you can put your tickets on sale on our ticket exchange. The ticket exchange opens with the official sales start for tickets to a game and closes two and a half hours before kick-off. During that time you can take your ticket off the ticket exchange provided it is not in another fan’s basket.

If nobody snaps up your ticket, we automatically remove it from the ticket exchange. We will inform you of that via email. In that case, you can use your ticket yourself or pass it on to friends and acquaintances.

You can find exchange tickets in the seat selection in the online shop – we highlight these accordingly. You can find a short introduction on the ticket exchange HERE.

To be able to refund you the price of your ticket, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC). You can store these on your online profile and you will receive the credit within two weeks. We cannot use credit cards or PayPal accounts for the refund.

Due to the high demand, we have a waiting list that interested fans can sign up to. Keep up to date with that at our online shop. There you can find out whether, when and how you can register for the waiting list. The waiting list is closed during the season.

Do you want to change the price category, model or invoice recipient for your subscription? No problem, you can easily change that on your online account during a modification period. We send out all the information on the modification period via email to our season card holders and also publish it on bayer04.de.

If you would like to cancel your subscription for the following season that can be done online HERE at 'Amend subscription'. Alternatively you can submit your cancellation using the contact form below. Please do not forget to include your membership number.
