
European Championship shooting star Carlotta Wamser is set to play for Germany in the semi-finals of the UEFA Women's Nations League against France. First, Germany welcome the France Women’s team to the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf, before the second leg takes place in Caen four days later. In the other semi-final of the final round, Spain and Sweden meet in two matches for a place in the Nations League final.
Centre-back Claudia Wenger with Austria will be battling to stay in League A in the Nations League play-off against Czechia. Austria will first play away at the City Stadium in Uherské Hradište, with the second leg taking place in the Austrian capital Vienna at the Franz Horr Stadium. Wenger's team-mate Valentina Mädl is on standby for a training course.

A Leverkusen trio consisting of Estrella Merino Gonzalez, Julia Mickenhagen and Katharina Piljic are away with the Germany U23s. After winning the U23 internationals last season, the Germany U23s begin the new season with a home match against England in Fulda. The Germany U23s then have a friendly against the Sweden U23s during the October training programme, with Paulina Bartz on standby.
Meanwhile Ida Daedelow is about to make her debut for the Germany U19s. The U19 team, coached by Melanie Behringer, will play two friendlies in San Pedro del Pinatar, Spain, first against Norway and three days later against the Netherlands.

Welcome to Leverkusen, Jonas Omlin. Bayer 04 have signed the 32-year-old goalkeeper on loan from Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach until the end of the season.
