Following the first-round tie between Borussia Mönchengladbach and the Bayern Munich women’s team (2-1 to FCB), former Switzerland international and current Sky pundit Rachel Rinast drew the eight fixtures, with two-time European champion Celia Sasic presiding over the draw.
The winners of the Round of 16 ties go through to the quarter-finals on 10 and 11 March 2027, followed by the semi-finals on 3 and 4 April. As in previous years, the final will be played at the RheinEnergieSTADION in Cologne on 17 May 2027.

Decision made: Germany will submit a bid to the IOC (International Olympic Committee) to host the 2036, 2040 or 2044 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Munich.
