"Cornelia is a striker with a lot of power and dynamism who can play in a lot of positions in attack and operate in between the lines. She poses a big goal threat. That's also why she's on the way to playing for the national team," said Achim Feifel, Bayer 04 Women's team sporting director: "We expect her to adapt well to the way we play and the tempo in the Bundesliga and that she will therefore quickly strengthen our squad."
After the start of her career at Aalborg BK, Kramer played for HB Køge, who last season finished third in the Danish league, from 2021. She scored 27 goals in 75 appearances for the club. "In the negotiations, I immediately felt my type of player is in demand here. I have a lot of tempo, work hard for the team and I'd like to contribute goals," said Kramer: "The first discussions with the coach and the management gave me a very good feeling."
