“Anne has developed well during her time with us and was rewarded this season with several appearances in the Bundesliga, where she was able to showcase her abilities,” said Achim Feifel, sporting director of Bayer 04 Women. “Next season it would have been difficult for her to gain the playing experience at the highest Bundesliga level with us, which is now very important for her next step. This transfer offers her better opportunities for playing time at a higher level.”
Moll, who made her debut in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga for Bayer 04 in May 2023, has made seven first-team appearances in total for the Werkself this season. She's also featured 10 times for the German U19 side, including four appearances at the European Championships in 2023 and 2024.
"I'm very grateful to Bayer 04 for the last four years and to all the people who I've got to know in this time," said Moll. "I was able to play my first professional games at Leverkusen, gain a lot of experience and develop both as a footballer and person. Now it's time for me to take on a new challenge. Before that, I hope we can finish off the season successfully."
