The lads will get a high-intensity session that will also involve them using their heads,” Braun explained. Around 40 players joined in the session from home via a livestream broadcast.
The daily training routine for the youth players currently consists of all-round drills. At the beginning of the week, Braun circulates a plan that includes running, stabilisation and fitness exercises. The online session represents a successful change. “There’s been a very good response from the youth players, ” Braun reported. “We want to repeat it a couple of times.”
