The clash between the Bayer 04 Women and the current league leaders Bayern Munich will again be shown live on TV free on Eurosport as well as on the pay-TV channel MagentaSport. This will be the fourth home game for the Leverkusen Women to be broadcast live from the Ulrich Haberland Stadium on both channels.
The 22nd and final matchday of the season is set for Sunday, 6 June with the final schedule confirmed after the fixtures on matchday 20 (7 to 9 May). Thanks to a masterstroke from Katharina Piljic, the Werkself secured their eleventh win of the season in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga. On Sunday evening, coach Roberto Pätzold's team beat FC Carl Zeiss Jena 1-0.
