Women: Hoffenheim last 16 tie scheduled

The DFB Cup Round of 16 match between the Bayer 04 Women and TSG Hoffenheim will be played on Sunday, 31 October. The kick-off at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium is at 15.00 CEST. The German Football Association (DFB) confirmed timings for the last 16 teams on Tuesday afternoon.

For the team led by head coach Achim Feifel, the cup clash with the league rivals is the next but one competitive match: The meeting at the end of October comes after the Bundesliga away game at SC Freiburg and the forthcoming international break. The two teams will meet again two weeks later on matchday eight in the FLYERALARM Women's Bundesliga in Sinsheim in Baden-Württemberg.

After six and a half years, Exequiel Palacios is leaving the Bundesliga and moving from Bayer 04 to the Premier League.
