The Bayer 04 Schwadbus has been in service since August 2016 and is proved to be a hit with young and old alike in its many appearances. The English double-decker, built in 1963, has been restored and now bears the club colours of red and black.
From the start of April, the black and red double-decker is now finally available to hire. Whether it's for a wedding, stag night or a birthday. The Bayer 04 Schwadbus has 21 seats, a music system complete with microphone, a TV and a stage built into it. The roof can also be opened in good weather.

‘I was very happy in Leverkusen’: 04 questions for former Werkself player and Olympiacos captain Panagiotis Retsos
Panagiotis, known as Panos, Retsos wore the Bayer 04 jersey for three years. Including his loan spells, he was under contract with the Werkself for a total of four and a half years. "It's a very special club for me," said the 27-year-old, who returned to his boyhood club Olympiacos in 2022, in an interview with bayer04.de. The former Leverkusen man is now captain and a first choice for the Werkself's next opponents in the UEFA Champions League.
