
At the new Bayer 04 Fanzone, fans can buy jerseys as well as a wide and exclusive range of other attractive merchandise.
In addition, there will be special interactive experiences. Fans of Bayer 04 can have photos taken with their favourite players via digital selfies (Augmented reality selfies). In addition, the Black and Red trophies can be admired and photographed from close-up.
Supporters of the Werkself will find everything a Bayer 04 heart could desire at the Fanzone and also enjoy the sight of the pitch of the German double winners.



On the opening day (Wednesday, 20 November), visitors will have access to the Fanzone from noon. There will be a range of lively events during the waiting time. Young and old can enjoy games and fun activities. In addition, the new Bayer 04 Cube will be presented, a mobile platform for join-in activities, competitions and more.
Bayer 04 stalwart and record appearance maker Rüdiger Vollborn and club representative Stefan Kießling will also be there around midday. The Bayer 04 mascot Brian the Lion will, of course, also be on hand to ensure beaming faces from the youngest Leverkusen fans.
Food and drink will also be available on the opening day. With the support of Bayer 04 partner Früh Kölsch there will be drinks available at fan friendly prices.
There is free parking under the motorway (Marienburgerstraße) or paid parking at the areas designated along Bismarckstraße. Access to the Fanzone is via the south-east side of the BayArena (stairway to the right of the South entrance).

There’s lots going on at the BayArena today. The home game against FSV Mainz 05 is all about the numerous Bayer 04 fan clubs, whose birth - the founding of the "1. Fanclub 1976 Leverkusen" - dates back 50 years. A number of fan club representatives will be involved in awards, a banner display and a half-time matchday chat, and the Werkself are set to play in a special white fan club jersey. During half-time, Leverkusen mayor Stefan Hebbel and javelin world champion Steffi Nerius will also talk about the Olympic bid involving Leverkusen.
