Fan information for friendly at Chelsea

GENERAL ADVICE

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours and fan merchandise going to and from the game. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

StadiUM

• Stadium opens: 17:30 CEST – Kick-off: 19:00 CEST
• Away entrance: Stamford Gate
• Away blocks: see ticket
• The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium
• Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry
• Bags and rucksacks up to A4 size
• There are no storage facilities in the away section
• Food and drink can only be paid for by card
• Smoking is banned throughout the stadium. The ban also includes vapes.
• Power banks of customary sizes with relevant cables are permitted
• By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations at Chelsea FC and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) are accepted

• Far-right ideology and associated symbols
• Food and drink brought in
• Professional cameras
• Umbrellas
• Cannabis consumption and possession

match tickets/ matchday ticket office

• All tickets have been sold, no tickets will be available on the day of the match
• Tickets are issued exclusively as print@home tickets. Bayer 04 will email tickets in good time before the matchday

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Wednesday, 6 August at 14:00 CEST or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

FAN PARAPHERNALIA

  • Fan club banners and fence flags (providing space is available - emergency exits must be kept clear). Maximum size 80 cm x 250 cm

GUIDE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

• Registration for away wheelchair spaces is via our disability fan liaison officer Andreas ‘Paffi’ Paffrath (Tel.: 0049 (0)214 / 8660-860 / Email: paffi@bayer04.de)
• People with reduced mobility can use the underground station Fulham Broadway (lift available)

Travelling by coach / 9 seaters

• Coaches and nine seaters have to be registered by Wednesday, 6 August at noon via the following link: Chelsea FC - Coach Parking

Travelling by car

• Travelling by car is not recommended due to the limited number of parking spaces
• Please check out information on car parking possibilities further away. For example: online car park bookings

Travelling by public transport

• If you travel on local public transport the nearest underground station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line.
• The match ticket does NOT include travel on local transport

catering

• Food & drink is available to purchase in the away end
• Cashless payments only accepted

RUCKSacks and bags

• Bags and rucksacks up to A4 size
• There are no storage facilities

CAMERAs

• Video and audio material recording for private purposes only
• No professional equipment permitted (e.g. telephoto lenses, additional bags, additional lenses, tripods, screw-mountable cameras)
