THINGS TO KNOW IN ADVANCE

  • Please remember your UK adapters for plugs
  • In the city centre there may be mingling with opposing fans. Please take care of yourselves and your fan paraphernalia. We recommend a meeting point for Bayer 04 fans in Shelbourne Park to get in the mood for the final together
  • Please make sure you have a fully charged smartphone, as the tickets can only be used via the UEFA app
  • UEFA has summarised the most important information about the final in Dublin for you in its event guide

STADIum

  • There are different ticket colours (red & purple for Bayer 04 fans) and correspondingly marked routes to the stadium
  • Stadium opens: 5pm local time - kick-off: 8pm
  • Entrances: I, K, L & M (please pay attention to the colour at the entrance and the colour on your ticket)
  • Bayer 04 blocks: 101-106, 128-141, 301-304 & 501-505
  • There will be several ticket checks on the way to the stadium
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium
  • Alcohol checks are possible - persons under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry
  • There is no storage point at the stadium (bags larger than A4 size must be handed in at the meeting point for a fee of €5, smaller bags should also not be brought into the stadium if possible for quick entry)
  • The Dublin Arena is a smoke-free stadium (this applies both in seats and on the perimeter level)
  • Payment for food and beverages is exclusively cashless with EC and credit cards as well as mobile phones (cash payments can be made at the meeting point)
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Dublin Arena and the UEFA General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) are recognised

  • Bags and backpacks larger than A4 (all bags can be handed in at the meeting point for faster access to the stadium)
  • Right-wing extremist ideology and corresponding symbols
  • Food and drinks from outside the stadium
  • Lighters
  • Professional cameras
  • Powerbanks that are larger than a smartphone
  • E-cigarettes + liquids

TICKETS

  • Ticket sales have ended. All tickets have been sold
  • There will be NO tickets sold on the gate
  • Tickets can only be used via the UEFA ticket app. More information: UEFA Mobile Tickets
  • Please make sure you have a fully charged smartphone. Powerbanks up to the size of your mobile phone are allowed in the stadium. There will also be charging stations at the meeting point
  • On Monday 20 May, all ticket purchasers will receive an email from UEFA with detailed instructions on how to use the tickets via the app

FAN PARAPHERNALIA

  • Permitted items:
    - Flags up to max. 1 metre pole length and with plastic empty tube (PVC)
    - Fan club banners or fence flags (as long as space is available – exit gates must remain clear)
  • For other fan materials, please send an e-mail to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de in good time
  • Banner and material checks:
    - At the stadium entrance
    - With representatives of the Fan Liaison team

  • To and from the airport
    • On the day of the game from 7am with the shuttle bus (free for ticket holders) from Terminal 1 to the meeting point
    • Departure from the meeting point with the shuttle buses (fans who fly back early have priority in using the shuttle buses)
  • Travelling by coach
    • Coach parking at the meeting point in Shelbourne Park (Google Maps)
