GENERAL INFORMATION

Tickets for this DFB Cup match in Paderborn will also be made available via the Bayer 04 app. Please check in good time whether your ticket is stored in the app so everything goes smoothly on the matchday.

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours and fan merchandise going to and from the game. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

• Stadium opens: 16:00 CET – Kick-off: 18:00 CET

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket or have misplaced it, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

RELIEF TRAIN

GETTING THERE

• Departure: Leverkusen-Opladen (platform 2) at 14.32
• Arrival: Paderborn main station. (platform 2) at 16.16 // Onward journey by shuttle bus to the stadium

RETURN JOURNEY

• With shuttle buses to Paderborn main station // Departure: Paderborn main station. (platform 1) at 21.00
• Arrival: Leverkusen-Opladen (platform 1) at 22.54

PLEASE NOTE: Taking glass bottles with you is prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited on the train. There will be no ticket sales for the relief train. Public transport tickets apply. A user ticket is required to use the relief train. If you do not yet have one, you can obtain the remaining user tickets from the Bayer 04 Fan Liaison team at Opladen station for as long as possible. Find out in advance which fare you can use to get to Paderborn.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

Travelling by coach

• Coaches MUST be registered at least two days in advance by e-mail to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de with a licence plate number to ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Take the A33 and exit at Paderborn Elsen. Then take the B1 towards Detmold, Bad Lippspringe. Pass the roundabout and leave the B1 after approx. 300 metres via the Home Deluxe Arena exit
• Address for your sat nav: Wilfried-Finke-Allee 1, 33104 Paderborn
• Coach parking is free of charge

Travelling by car / 9-seater

• If you are travelling by car/9-seater, take the A33 Paderborn Elsen exit. Then take the B1 towards Detmold, Bad Lippspringe. Pass the roundabout and leave the B1 after approx. 300 metres via the Home Deluxe Arena exit
• Address for your satnav: Wilfried-Finke-Allee 1, 33104 Paderborn
• If P1 car park is full, you will be redirected to the ‘Nixdorf’ Park & Ride car park. Shuttle buses run from there every five minutes
• Address for your sat nav for the ‘Nixdorf’ park & ride car park: Riemekestraße 160, 33106 Paderborn
• All car parks are free of charge

Travelling by public transport

• If you are travelling by public transport, you can get to the stadium from Paderborn main station on bus lines 4 and 6
• The admission ticket can be used as a ticket on the PaderSprinter network from two hours before kick-off

PROTECTION CONCEPT ‘Which way to Panama?’

SC Paderborn 07 has been running the "Which way to Panama?" protection concept since the 2024/25 season. If you or someone close to you needs support or help, you can contact a steward or staff at the catering kiosks or by telephone using the phrase/code "Which way to Panama?". Emergency assistance will be provided on site by the medical services. Due to sector separation, the person requiring assistance will be picked up from the visitor area and escorted to a safe room.
