GENERAL INFORMATION

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

StadiUM

  • Stadium opens: 17:30 CET – kick-off: 19:30 CET
  • Away entrance: Gästeeingang
  • Away blocks: 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65
  • The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium
  • Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry /legal limit: 1.0
  • Storage facilities are available in the away section, there is limited capacity
  • There is a strict smoking ban throughout the stadium/in the stands
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the MHP Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at VfB Stuttgart are accepted

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished.
  • Matchday ticket office not open on day of the game
  • Print@home tickets must be printed off and carried or displayed on smartphones

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Friday, 14 March at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket.
