Fan information for away game at FC Copenhagen

The first fixture in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League campaign: The Werkself are away to Danish record champions FC Copenhagen in the new season of Europe’s premiere club competition. The match is on Thursday, 18 September (kick-off: 18:45 CEST) at the Parken Stadium. The Bayer 04 Fan Liaison team brings you the latest information ahead of the game…

general information

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

STADIum

  • Stadium opens: 16:45 CEST – kick-off: 18:45 CEST
  • Away entrance: D, Per Henrik Lings Alle
  • Away blocks: D1, D2
  • The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium.
  • Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry.
  • There are no storage facilities in the away section (only available at the main station).
  • Payment for food and drink is by cash or card.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the stadium/stands.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Parken Stadium and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at FC Copenhagen are accepted.

tickets/ matchday ticket office

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen continue up to 16 September (24:00 CEST).
  • There will not be an away matchday ticket office.
  • Print@home tickets can also be displayed on smartphones.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Wednesday 17 September at 14:00 CEST or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

FAN paraphernalia

Permitted items:

  • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC).
  • Fan club banners and fence flags (providing space is available - emergency exits must be kept clear).
  • For other fan material requests please submit an email as soon as possible to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.

Guide for people with disabilities

  • Registration for away wheelchair spaces is via our disability fan liaison officer Andreas ‘Paffi’ Paffrath (Tel.: 0049 (0)214 / 8660 860 / Email: paffi@bayer04.de).

MEETING POINT

  • The Old Irish Pub, Vesterbrogade 2 is available as a meeting point.
  • From there it is off to the main station at 15:45 CEST (10 minute walk).
  • We have a free chartered train with space for 1,800 fans.
  • The train goes straight to the Svanemøllen station. Travel time approximately 12 minutes.
  • Fan march from Svanemøllen to the stadium (1.8 kms), time 20–30 minutes.

Women: Carolin Simon appointed as new captain

Carolin Simon is the new captain of the Bayer 04 women’s team. The full-back, who joined from Bayern Munich in the summer, will take over the captain’s armband for the 2026/27 season.
