STADIUM

• Stadium opens: 13.30 CET – Kick-off: 15:30 CET.
• Away entrance: Entrance 5
• Away blocks: Standing in Block W, seats in Block X
• The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium. Alcohol checks are possible. People under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry. Random tests are possible at any time.
• Storage facilities: Available free of charge at away end. Limited capacity.
• Payment for all food and drink is cashless
• By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the WWK Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at FC Augsburg are accepted

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility to help you if you do not have a ticket!

FAN paraphenalia

• Permoiied items:
  • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
  • Fan club banners and fence flags (as long as space is available – exits must remain clear)
  • For other fan items please submit an email in good time to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.
• Banner and materials check
  • To the right of the away entrance, approximately 20 metres
  • With three people and representatives of the Fan Liaison team
  • For permissions not covered by the stadium regulations (e.g. megaphones, drums, large flags) the holder will be stopped. Personal details will be quickly taken and destroyed after the game.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Does not include regional buses and trains (AVV)
  • From the stop at the main station (Hauptbahnhof) take the stadium line 8 to the WWK ARENA stop. Travel time from the main station is around 20 minutes
  • The stadium line operates from two hours before the game running every five minutes to the WWK Arena
  • After the match, departure times are adapted as required so that the trams run every 2 to 3 minutes at busy times. The last tram from the WWK ARENA stop leaves for the city centre one hour 45 minutes after the game.
  • After that it is possible to travel by the regular line 3 with the next stop to the city centre at Bischofsackerweg, just 350 m away from the WWK ARENA

Events

KidsClub lap of honour

• The FCA-KidsClub invites all away support children aged between 6 and 13 to join an exclusive lap of honour just before kick-off: The kids will go round the pitch and welcome fans to the stadium.
• Children supporting the away team are welcome to wear colours and bring flags, scarves, jerseys etc of the away club.
• All kids wishing to take part must register by Friday, 13.12.24 (noon CET) with the FCA-KidsClub via the following link: KidsClub Ehrenrunde für Gästefans
• The requirement for taking part is that the children (aged between 6 and 13) have to be identifiable as away fans as fans of FC Augsburg must be members to take part.

Augsburg Calling

• All fans wearing the jersey or shirts of Bayer 04 Leverkusen or FC Augsburg are invited to get to know the Fuggerstadt by taking part in a free public guided tour (Saturday/Sunday: 11.00/14.00 CET) or enjoy free entry to the Leopold Mozart Haus, or Brechthaus, or to the Fugger und Welser Erlebnismuseum.
