Europa League: Group match details confirmed
UEFA announced the fixture details for the group matches in the UEFA Europa League today Saturday 2 September.
The Werkself entertain the current Swedish champions BK Häcken at the BayArena on the first matchday in the Europa League group stage. Bayer 04 then travel to Norway to play Molde on matchday two. At the end of October, there is the home game against Qarabag and the team led by head coach Xabi Alonso then travel to Azerbaijan two weeks later. The last match in Group H is at home to Molde on 14 December (kick-off: 18.45 CET).

Matchday 1, 21 September, 18.45 CEST: Bayer 04 vs BK Häcken
Matchday 2, 5 October, 21.00 CEST: Molde vs Bayer 04
Matchday 3, 26 October, 21.00 CEST: Bayer 04 vs Qarabag
Matchday 4, 9 November, 18.45 CET: Qarabag vs Bayer 04
Matchday 5, 30 November, 21.00 CET: BK Häcken vs Bayer 04

The two players took plenty of time to answer every question from the inquisitive audience – whether it was about their own careers or their first impressions of the new head coach. Finally, there was even time left to sign autographs for the young fans.
