At the start of the online preliminary round of this second showdown, the Leverkusen eSports team picked up six points from the first four matches last Thursday, 13 November. The match report can be found HERE.
With six points, the #B04eSports team is currently in 17th place in the Showdown two table. However, the Bayer 04 eSports team is just one point behind seventh place in the tight grouping with nine teams ahead of them on the same number of points and therefore the eSports players still have qualification for the offline round in their own hands. The best 16 teams from the online preliminary round will qualify for the offline round (information on the season can be found HERE).

The matchday begins with the fifth match of this online preliminary round against Karlsruher SC. In showdown one, the team finished the preliminary round in 25th place and thus missed out on a place in the offline knockout round in Leipzig. The situation is looking better in showdown two: the KSC eSports team are currently eighth in the showdown two table with six points.
In terms of their attacking prowess, they are mid-table among the 89 eSports players who have been used so far.
