Exclusive ticket sales for Bayer 04 Club members and season ticket holders will start on Tuesday, 16 December at 12:00 CET.

Allocation:

• Long-standing members (before 30 June 2022): All available blocks
• Members (between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2025): All available blocks
• New members (since 1 July 2025): Blocks F4/F9 & H1-H4

Distribution:

• All match tickets will exclusively be available on the Bayer 04 app in the ‘My account’ section.
• Ticket purchasers have the option to administer the ticket there (forward, download as wallet file and/or Print@home ticket)

Ticket limits:

• Long-standing members (before 30 June 2022): 4 tickets
• Members (between 01.07.2022 and 30.06.2025): 2 tickets
• New members (since 01.07.2025): 2 tickets
• Existing season tickets count towards the limit: For season ticket purchasers, purchased season tickets are counted towards the ticket limit. Season ticket holders count in the same way as members and can buy two tickets

Further information:

• Tickets for the away section are exclusively available from the visiting club.
• The ticket exchange opens for posting and buying ticket exchange seats when tickets go on sale.
• Ticketing points out compliance with the General ticket terms and conditions (ATGB) is required for the purchase of Bayer 04 tickets

Online shop pre-authentication:

• Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CEST.
• Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
• Only members, who are members before 10.00 CEST, can verify themselves.
• Only the e-mail address stored in the Bayer 04 account may be used for authentication. Authentication with a different e-mail address is not possible.
• The authorised fan must first enter their email address.
• If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code.
• The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
• The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
• The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed.

Online shop waiting room:

• Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
• Fans will be able to enter the Bayer 04 online shop from 12:00 CEST in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
• All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CEST.
