Tickets for DFB-Pokal semi-final against Fortuna Düsseldorf

Bayer 04 host Fortuna Düsseldorf at the BayArena in the DFB-Pokal semi-final on Wednesday, 3 April (kick-off: 8.45pm CEST). Here’s how you can get tickets.

The exclusive sale for special groups (see below) begins at 12 noon CET on Tuesday, 5 March. There will be no general sale.

Who is eligible for tickets:

  • Season ticket holders of type Bundesliga and BundesligaPLUS
  • Members who in the defined period (see below) have purchased tickets for at least three games
    - Period: Bundesliga Matchday 1 of 2022/23 until 2023/24 DFB-Pokal quarter-final (inclusive)
    - This includes all men and women’s fixtures (including friendlies)
  • Those eligible have already been emailed about their ability to buy for this game
  • Members, who were members prior to the semi-final draw, can also purchase tickets in Blocks F4, F9 and H1

How to order:

  • Online in our Ticket Webshop
  • In person at the Bayer 04-Shop in Leverkusen-Wiesdorf and/or the Bayer 04-Shop at the BayArena
  • Call the Servicecenter on +49 (0)214 5000 1904

Queue for online shop:

  • A waiting room for the shop will open from 11.45 am
  • From noon, fans will be admitted into the online shop in random order
  • The time at which fans enter the waiting room will not impact the order. Entering early will not give you an advantage
  • After noon, all further fans will join the back of the queue

Further information:

  • There is a limit of two tickets per buyer. Pre-existing season tickets do not count towards the limit
  • Holders of Model 2 season tickets receive an automatic 30% discount
  • Tickets for the away section can only be purchased via the away club

Delivery:

  • All tickets will be made available as eTickets/print@home tickets, and can also be viewed in the Bayer 04 app
  • Tickets include travel on the VRR/VRS public transport networks

Payment:

  • Online shop: Direct debit, credit card, PayPal
  • Phone: Direct debit, credit card
