Ticketing information for the DFB Pokal final

We're in the final! - Thanks to the Werkself's 4-0 win over Fortuna Düsseldorf on Wednesday evening, Bayer 04 have reached the DFB Pokal final for the fifth time in the club's history. The game in Berlin's Olympiastadion is on Saturday 25 May at 20:00 CEST. We'll let you know in advance about the allocation of the ticket contingent available to Bayer 04.

How many tickets will Bayer 04 receive?

Bayer 04 have been allocated a total of 23,700 tickets, which have been divided into different price categories.

  • Category 1: €170
  • Category 2: €130
  • Category 3: €70
  • Fan category: €45

The exact stadium blocks in which the tickets administered by Bayer 04 and available for sale have not yet been allocated. There will be a draw to determine the finalists' respective stadium sides in the near future.

The tickets in the fan category are initially intended for organised fan groups. Please note that visibility may be restricted in this area and in other Category 3 blocks.

Who is eligible for tickets?

Bayer 04 will subdivide the sale of tickets for the final into different sales phases. As present, only season ticket holders have the opportunity to purchase tickets. Fans with the BundesligaPlus season ticket type are guaranteed their ticket to the cup final. Tickets will be sold to fans with the Bundesliga season ticket type in the same way as tickets for Bundesliga home matches.

Season ticket holders can generally buy one cup final ticket per season ticket per membership subscription. For example, if you have two season tickets, you can buy up to two cup final tickets.

Beyond that, no further pre-sale phase to Bayer 04 Club members without a season ticket is currently planned. If all season ticket holders have received an offer and tickets are still available, a sale for Bayer 04 club members will follow. Bayer 04 will endeavour to increase the above-mentioned ticket contingent by purchasing additional tickets.

How do I know which group I belong to?

The groups entitled to purchase will be informed of the exact procedure by newsletter from 8 April. The first sales phase starts on 12 April. At this time, it will also be determined which side of the stadium and thus which blocks Bayer 04 will be allocated.

How and where can I purchase the tickets?

Tickets will be sold via the online ticket shop of Bayer 04. After sending the above-mentioned newsletter to those eligible to purchase, Bayer 04 will send out a link one day before the respective pre-sale starts. This link will take those eligible to the corresponding subpage in the Bayer 04 online ticket shop. The purchase of tickets from the Bayer 04 contingent is only possible via this link. In individual cases, Bayer 04 offers support via the service centre or the fan shops.

How will I receive my tickets?

The German Football Association (DFB) will issue the cup final tickets exclusively as hard tickets. Bayer 04 will set up a collection point for the tickets at the BayArena. We will communicate detailed information on ticket collection to purchasers in good time.

If you would like to sit together but the tickets were not purchased by the same buyer, you should come to the collection point together. You will then be allocated tickets for adjacent seats. This is the only way to guarantee that you will be seated together. Power of attorney will be accepted at the collection point. Please be sure to bring your booking confirmation(s) and your identity document with you. Tickets cannot be issued without these documents.

The remaining tickets that have been purchased but not picked up at the collection point will be sent out by post. In this case, seats will be allocated at random and no adjacent seats can be guaranteed outside of your own subscription.
