The semi-final comes between the home game for the Werkself against VfL Bochum and the away match at FC Heidenheim.
Ticket sales for the semi-final will begin on Wednesday, 12 March. Bayer 04 will announce all further ticket information as soon as possible on the club media channels.
The Werkself beat Regional League side FC Carl Zeiss Jena 1-0 in the first round that was followed by a 3-0 home win against second tier SV 07 Elversberg in the second round. Bayer 04 won 1-0 away to Bayern Munich in the Round of 16 and the quarter-finals saw a derby win against second division FC Köln (3-2 a.e.t.).
The other semi-final is the VfB Stuttgart vs RB Leipzig tie on Wednesday, 2 April at 20:45 CET. The final at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin is on Saturday 24 May.

Rüdiger Vollborn has been at the club for 40 years, he holds the record number of Bundesliga appearances for the club (401) and is the only Bayer 04 player to have won both the UEFA Cup (1988) and the DFB Pokal (1993).
