"We're very pleased to have another home draw," commented Bayer 04 managing director for sport Simon Rolfes. "It's clear we've been handed the toughest possible opponents in VfB Stuttgart, but if you want to win the cup you have to beat everyone, no matter what round. We're confident enough and have the quality to reach the semi-finals."
The quarter-finals are scheduled for 30/31 January 2024 and 6/7 February 2024, with the exact dates and kick-off times to be confirmed. That information will be provided by Bayer 04 on the club's channels as soon as it's available, along with details of ticket sales.
The semi-finals are set to take place on 2/3 April 2024, with the final in Berlin on 25 May 2024.
The quarter-final ties in full:
1. FC Saarbrücken vs. Borussia Mönchengladbach
Hertha BSC vs. 1. FC Kaiserslautern
