Tickets for the Champions League Round of 16 home game against Arsenal

The Werkself host Premier League club Arsenal in the Round of 16 first leg in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League campaign. The match at the BayArena is on 10/11 March. Read on for information on ticket sales for this fixture.

ADVANCE SALE for members with Ticket history

Tickets for the home game (10/11 March) go on sale on Tuesday, 3 March at 12:00 CET and will initially be available exclusively to Bayer 04 Club members and season ticket holders with a ticket history*.

*Ticket history: Members must have purchased tickets for at least two matches (home & away) in the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons, including the last Olympiacos home match. The home and away matches against Bayern Munich do not count towards the ticket history.

All eligible Bayer 04 Club members as well as those who have purchased tickets for the Olympiacos home game and have secured an exclusive right of first refusal for this match will be informed by newsletter in the course of Friday.

From Tuesday, 3 March at 14:00 CET, Bayer 04 Club members without a ticket history will have the chance to take part in a ballot for tickets HERE. Further information can be found below.

Ballot for members without a ticket history:

  • As stated above, members (including new members) without a ticket history have the opportunity to take part in a ballot for home match tickets
  • Registration is possible from Tuesday, 3 March, at 14:00 CET up to and including Thursday, 5 March, via the Bayer 04 online shop
  • From Friday, 6 March, registered fans will receive information on whether they have been successful in the ballot
  • Fans successful in the ballot will have the opportunity to access an exclusive ticket allocation at the Bayer 04 online shop from Friday afternoon, 6 March

Allocation:

  • Long-term members with ticket history* (before 30 June 2022): Entire stadium
  • Members with ticket history* (1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025): Blocks A, H, F
  • New members with ticket history* (from 1 July 2025 to 24 February 2026): Block F

Distribution:

  • All match tickets will exclusively be available on the Bayer 04 app in the ‘My account’ section.
  • Ticket purchasers have the option to administer the ticket there (forward, download as wallet file and/or Print@home ticket).

Payment options:

  • Online shop: direct debit, credit card, PayPal

Ticket limits:

  • Ticket limit: 2
  • The ticket limit applies to all sales phases for all entitled
  • Tickets, already secured on BundesligaPLUS season card option, are included in the limit.

Ticket exchange:

  • The ticket exchange is live from the start of ticket sales.
  • Posting and purchasing ticket exchange seats exchange is possible from that point

Further information:

  • Tickets for the away section are exclusively available from the visiting club.

Online shop pre-authentication:

  • Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CET.
  • Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
  • Only members, who are members before 10.00 CET, can verify themselves.
  • The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account.
  • Verification using another email address is not possible.
  • The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
  • If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code.
  • The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
  • The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
  • The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed.

Online shop waiting room:

  • Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
  • Fans will be able to enter the Bayer 04 online shop from 12:00 CET in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CET.
