Tickets for the Champions League home game against Paris Saint-Germain

How to order:

• Online at the Ticket web shop

Distribution:

• All match tickets will exclusively be available on the Bayer 04 app in the ‘My account’ section.
• Ticket purchasers have the option to administer the ticket there (forward, download as wallet file and/or Print@home ticket).

Payment methods:

• Online shop: Direct debit, credit cards, PayPal

Ticket limits:

• There is a limit of two tickets for this game.
• Tickets, already secured through the BundesligaPLUS season card option are included in this limit.
  • For season card holders (BundesligaPLUS) season cards held count towards the ticket limit.
  • Season card holders, like members, can purchase two tickets.

Ticket exchange:

• The ticket exchange opens when tickets go on sale.
• The posting and purchase of ticket exchange places is possible from that point.

Further information:

• Tickets for the away section are exclusively available from the visiting club.
• It is not possible to make a purchase from France via the ticket web shop.
• Information on the use of tickets on local transport is available (in German) HERE.

Pre-authentication at online shop:

• Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CEST.
• Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
• Only members, who are members before 10.00 CEST, can verify themselves.
• The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account.
• Verification using another email address is not possible.
• The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
• If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code.
• The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
• The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested).
• The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed. 

Onine shop waiting room:

• Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
• Fans will be able to enter the Bayer 04 online shop from 12:00 CEST in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
• All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CEST.
