Vote now for Frimpong or Palacios as Player of the Month

The vote for Bundesliga Player of the Month in March is here again and the Bayer 04 players Jeremie Frimpong and Exequiel Palacios are the two Werkself players on the nomination list. Black and Red fans can vote for their favourite up to and including Sunday 2 April.

The German Football League (DFL), in association with video game manufacturer Electronic Arts (EA), has announced the nominations for the vote for Bundesliga Player of the Month in March. The nominees include two top Leverkusen players in Jeremie Frimpong and Exequiel Palacios .

Frimpong has scored seven goals for the Werkself this term including strikes in both the 4-1 win against Hertha Berlin as well as the 3-2 victory at Werder Bremen. The Argentina World Cup winner Palacios scored twice from the penalty spot in the most recent 2-1 home win against Bayern Munich leading to the seventh win in succession across all competitions for the Werkself. Black and Red fans can vote now for one of the two Werkself players HERE.​

In addition to the two Leverkusen players, Raphael Guerreiro (Borussia Dortmund), Erhan Masovic (VfL Bochum), Marius Bülter (Schalke 04) and Omar Marmoush (VfL Wolfsburg) have also been nominated.

The results are made up of the following: 40% from fans, plus 30% each from the captains of the 18 Bundesliga teams as well as a panel of pundits. The vote for the #BundesligaPOTM ends on Sunday 2 April at 23.59 CEST.
