Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season ticket holders on Tuesday 18 August at 12:00 CEST.

Allocation:

• Long-standing members (joined before 1 July 2022), members (joined between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2026) and new members (joined on or after 1 July 2026): All blocks

How to order:

• Online at the Ticket web shop

Delivery:

• Tickets for the match are only available on the Bayer 04 app. Tickets will not be provided as Print@home tickets or via ticket links.
• Once you have secured your tickets, you can find them on the Bayer 04 app under ‘My Tickets’. To do this, you need to log on to the Bayer 04 app using the email address linked to your Bayer 04 account.

• Web shop: direct debit, credit card, PayPal

Ticket limit:

• Ticket limit: 4
• Existing season tickets are included in the limit
  
  • For season ticket holders, season tickets purchased are counted towards the ticket limit.
  • Season ticket holders are treated in the same way as members and can buy 4 tickets.
• Tickets, purchased in early access period, are also included in the ticket quota.

Ticket exchange:

• The ticket exchange is already open, and you can list tickets at any time.
• Tickets for both matches will be available to purchase via the ticket exchange from the start of individual ticket sales.

Pre-authentication  at web shop:

• From 11:30, a pre-authorisation process and a waiting area will be set up for the web shop.
• Fans must verify their identity before entering the waiting area.
• Only members who have joined by 10:00 may log in.
• Only the email address registered with your Bayer 04 account may be used for authentication.
• It is not possible to log in using a different email address.
• The entitled fan starts by entering their email address.
• If this matches the email address on file for the Bayer 04 account, they will receive a six-digit verification code at that address
• If the email address does not match, they will receive an error message.
• You must enter the verification code at the next step (please note: the code expires after 10 minutes; after that, you can request a new one).
• Once verification is complete, the fan accesses the waiting room.

Web shop waiting room:

• Once you have completed the pre-authentication process, you will access the waiting room.
• From 12:00, fans will then be granted access to the Bayer 04 web shop in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting area has no bearing on the order the application is dealt with. There is no advantage in logging on early.
• From 12:00, all other fans will join the back of the queue.
