Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders on Tuesday, 10 March at 12:00 CET. Exclusive sales to season ticket holders and club members start on Tuesday, 10 March at 12 noon. Non-members can also purchase tickets from 12:00 CEST on Thursday, 12 March. In addition, blocks G4 and G5 will be part of the home section for this match.

Allocation:

• Long-term members (before 30.06.2022) and members (01.07.2022-30.06.2025): Entire stadium
• New members (from 1 July 2025) and non-members: Entire stadium (except Nordkurve)

Distribution:

• All match tickets are exclusively available on the Bayer 04 app in the ‘My account’ section.
• Ticket purchasers have the option to administer the ticket there (forward, download as wallet file and/or Print@home ticket).

Ticket limits:

• A ticket limit of 6 tickets applies for this match.
• Current season cards are included in the limit.
  
  • For season card holders, season cards held count towards the ticket limit..
  • Season card holders like members can purchase 6 tickets.
• Tickets purchased during the early booking phase also count towards the ticket limit.

Ticket exchange:

• The ticket exchange is live and can be accessed at any time.
• Ticket exchange seats can be purchased for the match from the start of individual sales period.

Online shop pre-authentication:

• Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CEST.
• Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
• Only members, who are members before 10.00 CEST, can verify themselves.
• The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account.
• Verification using another email address is not possible.
• The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
• If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code.
• The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
• The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
• The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed.

Online shop waiting room:

• Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
• Fans will be able to enter the Bayer 04 online shop from 12:00 CET in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
• All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CET.
