Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders on Friday, 20 December at noon CET. Ticket sales are set to end on 19 January 2025 – providing tickets are still available.

• Standing Block 4 (concessions): €16.00
• Seated Block 3.2: €39.00
• Seated Block 3.2 (obstructed view): €27.60
• Seated Block 3.3: €39.00
• Special block (Wheelchair users plus carer): €19.00 (Tickets available on request from Bayer 04)
• Special block (Visually impaired plus carer): €19.00 (Tickets available on request from Bayer 04)

Distribution:

• Tickets are available exclusively on the RBL ticket app.
• Fans will receive an email from RB Leipzig with all the information required to access their tickets.
• If fans have questions or problems obtaining their ticket then they can see the app as well as the necessary procedure HERE.

New: Pre-authentification at the web shop:

• For the first time, a procedure of pre-authentication is being introduced ahead of ticket sales in order to ensure that the ticket presale is even more secure in the future. This involves a concrete measure in the battle against the ticket black market.
• Pre-authentication is available from 11.30 CET. Verification is required to gain entry to the waiting room. This requires entering the email address of the individual Bayer 04 account in the appropriate field.
• If purchase is approved then a six digit verification code will be sent via email. This code is unique and only valid in connection with the matching email address. If necessary, check that the email with the verification code has landed in the spam folder.
• In the next step the verification code must be entered into the appropriate field.
• If everything is correct you will be taken through to the waiting room. From there a random place in the queue will be allocated (together with all other Bayer 04 Club members who have successfully gone through the verification process).

Web shop queing system:

• Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
• Fans will then be able to enter the web shop from 12.00 CET in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
• All other fans join the back of the queue from 12.00 CET.
