Tickets for home games against Bayern Munich and Mainz

The Werkself host Bayern Munich at the BayArena on Saturday, 10 February (18:30 CET). Two weeks later, Mainz are the visitors in Leverkusen on Friday, 23 February (20:30). Here’s all you need to know about tickets for the two games.

Tickets exclusively for Bayer 04 club members go on sale from 12:00 on Tuesday, 9 January. Depending on availability, any remaining tickets will then go on general sale from 12:00 on Thursday, 11 January. The club will make an announcement in good time.

Please note that only a small number of tickets are still available for the Bayern game.

How to order:

  • Online: Ticket web shop
  • In person: Bayer 04 shops at the BayArena and in Leverkusen-Wiesdorf
  • By phone: Via the service centre on 0049 (0)214 5000 1904

NOTE ABOUT ONLINE SHOP QUEUE:

  • A queue will be created for the online shop from 11:30
  • From 12:00, fans will then be given access to the online shop in random order
  • The time at which fans enter the queue will not impact the order of entry to the online shop. Logging in early will not bring you an advantage
  • From 12:00, all other fans will join the queue

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Tickets for the Bayer 04 area (blocks SC-SE, C-E) are only for Bayer 04 supporters
  • Tickets for the away area are only available via the away club
  • The following limits apply to ticket quantities:
    • Bayern: 2 tickets per purchaser
    • Mainz: 4 tickets per purchaser
    • Existing season tickets do not count towards the limit

ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR THE BAYERN GAME:

  • Top match prices (see above graphic)
  • The match will not go on general sale to non-members
  • Only season ticket holders and club members with a ticket history can purchase (members with a ticket history = members who have made at least 2 ticket purchases in the 2022/23 season)

DISTRIBUTION:

  • All match tickets will be available as eTickets/print@home tickets and displayed on the Bayer 04 app
  • Tickets include free travel on the VRR/VRS transport networks.
