Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders from noon CET on Tuesday, 4 February.

How to order:

Distribution:

• All match tickets are exclusively available as eTickets/print@home tickets.

Payment methods:

• Online shop: Direct debit, credit card, PayPal

Pre-authentication at the web shop:

• From 11.30 CET pre-authentication and a waiting room will in place before the whole shop.
• Fans will have to authenticate themselves before entering the waiting room.
• Only members, who became members before 10.00 CET, can authenticate themselves.
• Only the email address stored on the Bayer 04 account can be used as the email address for authentication.
• It is not possible to use another email address for authentication.
• The entitled fan enters his/her email address in the first step.
• A six digit verification code will be issued if this corresponds to the email address stored on the Bayer 04 account.
• There will be an error message if the email address does not correspond.
• The verification code has to be ended in the next step (Please note: The code runs out after 10 minutes and a new code can be requested after that).
• The fan will then enter the waiting room if verification is successful.

Waiting room queueing system:

• Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
• Fans will be able to enter the web shop from 12.00 CET in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
• All other fans join the back of the queue from 12.00 CET.

Ticket limits:

• There is a limit of two tickets for every game.
• Current season cards are counted in the limit.
  • With season card holders, purchased season cards count towards the ticket limit.
  • Season card holders count the same as members and can purchase two tickets.
• Tickets, purchased in the early booking phase, also count towards the ticket limit.

Ticket exchange information:

• The ticket exchange is open and can be used for allocation at any time.
• Purchase of tickets via the ticket exchange is available from the start of the individual sale of tickets for the two games.
