New: Pre-authentification at the web shop:

  • For the first time, a procedure of pre-authentication is being introduced ahead of ticket sales in order to ensure that the ticket presale is even more secure in the future. This involves a concrete measure in the battle against the ticket black market.
  • Pre-authentication is available from 9.30 CET or 13.30 CET. Verification is required to gain entry to the waiting room. This requires entering the email address of the individual Bayer 04 account in the appropriate field.
  • If purchase is approved then a six digit verification code will be sent via email. This code is unique and only valid in connection with the matching email address. If necessary, check that the email with the verification code has landed in the spam folder.
  • In the next step the verification code must be entered into the appropriate field.
  • If everything is correct you will be taken through to the waiting room. From there a random place in the queue will be allocated (together with all other Bayer 04 Club members who have successfully gone through the verification process).

Web shop queuing system:

  • Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
  • Fans will be able to enter the web shop from 10.00 CET or 14.00 CET in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 10.00 CET or 14.00 CET.
