Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders from noon CET on Friday, 7 February. ​Ticket sales are set to end on 24 February (23.59 CET) - providing tickets are still available up to that point.

How to order:

Distribution:

  • You will receive an email from Bayer 04 with a ticket link in time before the game. You can access your tickets for the away game at Eintracht Frankfurt via this link.

Further information:

  • Ticket limit: 2
  • The seated blocks are released in turn.
  • Concessions: School students, students, trainees, pensioners and the severely disabled.
  • Ticket prices include €1.00 administration fee.

Pre-authentication at the web shop:

  • From 11.30 CET pre-authentication and a waiting room will in place before the whole shop.
  • Fans will have to authenticate themselves before entering the waiting room.
  • Only members, who became members before 10.00 CET, can authenticate themselves.
  • Only the email address stored on the Bayer 04 account can be used as the email address for authentication.
  • It is not possible to use another email address for authentication.
  • The entitled fan enters his/her email address in the first step.
  • A six digit verification code will be issued if this corresponds to the email address stored on the Bayer 04 account.
  • There will be an error message if the email address does not correspond.
  • The verification code has to be ended in the next step (Please note: The code runs out after 10 minutes and a new code can be requested after that).
  • The fan will then enter the waiting room if verification is successful.

Web shop queuing system:

  • Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
  • Fans will be able to enter the web shop from 12.00 CET in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 12.00 CET.
