"The museum is a great venue and we're really happy to be represented here again," said Schade. Bayer 04 have already donated an exhibit to the German Football Museum: The shirt worn by Bellarabi at Borussia Dortmund in 2014 when he scored the fastest goal in the history of the Bundesliga just nine seconds into the match.
"It's an honour for us to be able to display this historic shirt worn by Karim Bellarabi," said Manuel Neukirchner, the museum director. Since opening in 2015, the German Football Museum, located opposite the main Dortmund station, has attracted fans from across Germany and has continued to expand its large range of unique exhibits. Now it's even more worth a visit for Bayer 04 fans.
The 2023/24 double-winning season set new standards. Bayer 04 faced a number of challenges not only in sporting terms, but also operationally due to the increased number of enquiries. Unfortunately, the service provided was not always exemplary. In the meantime, however, the club has gone through a restructuring process. In recent months, not only have many organisational matters been initiated, but technical components have also been further developed - with a clear goal: to provide fast, competent and comprehensive help and information. Personal service has always been important to Bayer 04. And it has now been significantly optimised.

The match details for the Bayer 04 first round tie in the 2025/26 DFB Pokal campaign have been confirmed. The Werkself are away to SG Sonnenhof Großaspach on Friday, 15 August with the kick-off at 18:00 CEST. That was announced by the German Football Association (DFB) today. The German Football Association (DFB) has given Bayer 04 the Pitch of the Year award in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga for the 2024/25 season and thereby for the sixth time in succession. The Ulrich Haberland Stadium was once again named the best pitch in the Women's Bundesliga last season.
