#B04Juve: Bayer 04 warn against buying unauthorised tickets

The Werkself entertain Juventus on Wednesday, 11 December (21.00 CET) in the final group match in the Champions League – the BayArena was completely sold out after the first sales phase and lots of Bayer 04 fans want to be at the game. Many fans will try their luck on the unauthorised ticket resale market.

Bayer 04 expressly warn against buying tickets on the unauthorised resale market as selling tickets on online platforms like Viagogo or eBay is strictly forbidden. Offering tickets on unauthorised platforms is not permitted in accordance with our general ticketing terms and conditions. Tickets bought on those platforms are often overpriced and can be invalid. It is possible that fans with such tickets will not gain access to the BayArena.

For several years, Bayer 04 have acted against the unauthorised ticket resale market on behalf of the fans. The aim is to combat and limit the uncontrolled sale of tickets – both to protect our own fans and all other people attending games. Segregation of fans and the exclusion of spectators willing to resort to violence are not possible with the resale of tickets on unauthorised platforms. In addition, Bayer 04 aims to provide fans with tickets at normal prices within an open and fair price structure.

We are happy to accept information on black market activity via email at info@bayer04.de.

Even when games are sold out: It's always worth taking a look at our ticket exchange at ticketshop.bayer04.de . This enables fans, who cannot attend games, to legally resell their tickets at face value.
