Julian Brandt, Jonathan Tah, Aleksandar Dragovic, Isaac Kiese Thelin, Sam Schreck and Jakub Bednarczyk followed up their latest international appearances by donning their red training bibs on Thursday. Leon Bailey also rejoined the squad  along with Lukas Hradecky and Tin Jedvaj who returned the day before.

The international player missing the penultimate training session ahead of Saturday's home game was Paulinho. The 18-year-old Brazilian, who completed an individual session in the gym at the BayArena on Wednesday following the rigours of his journey from South America, trained indoors again to avoid overexertion.
