Yurchenko faces a long layoff
Bad luck for Vladlen Yurchenko: the injury picked up by the Bayer 04 midfielder training with the Ukraine senior side last week has been diagnosed as a hairline fracture to the left fibula.
The 22-year-old was hit on the calf and after the bruising settled down it was possible to make a final diagnosis of the injury. Yurchenko will probably be sidelined for four to six weeks.

The Werkself conceded a goal at home for the first time since the beginning of January 67 minutes into the game against FSV Mainz 05 on Saturday.
