Werkself training:
The first team squad under head coach Peter Bosz trained on Saturday. In order for the players to recover after the recent double fixture weeks, there will be no full training sessions up to and including Tuesday. As it stands, training will start again on Wednesday. All sessions are behind closed doors until further notice.

Postponed games involving Bayer 04 to date:
Werder Bremen vs Bayer 04 (Bundesliga, original date: 16 March)
Bayer 04 vs Glasgow Rangers (Europa League, original date: 16 March)
All youth team games up to 26 March (U19 and U17) and up to 19 April (U8 to U15)
All games for the U23 women and girls teams up to 19 April

Health protection for the first team squad:
The medical care for players, support staff and, of course, their families is at a very high level at Bayer 04. Due to the special situation, players and members of staff in the senior squad have been intensively and comprehensively informed about coronavirus and the associated hygiene measures required. Tests will be carried out immediately if there is any sign of infection.

Crisis management at Bayer 04:
Since the middle of February, the chairman of the board at Bayer 04, Fernando Carro, has led a working party. This committee has the function of collecting information, producing measures and communicating those to the around 300 employees at Bayer 04 through the in-house intranet and emails. The ability of members to work from home is currently being investigated and it seems very likely this will be increasingly used. Business operations will be continue to be run professionally in the coming days but, at the same time, the number of staff on site in Leverkusen will be kept to a minimum.

Fan shop opening times:
The fan shop at the BayArena closed on Friday, 13 March until further notice. Shops in Wiesdorf and Bergisch-Gladbach are currently open at the published times. The staff and also all visitors are encouraged to take the recommended hygiene measures and reduce personal contact to a minimum. In this context, Bayer 04 recommends using the online shop and the hotline.

Offices and customer services:
The offices remain open but the club asks people to address queries via the phone and not visit in person. Customer service is currently available on 0049 (0)214 5000 1904. All questions relating to Bayer for will be answered here as usual. Bayer 04 apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by extended waiting times.

Events at the BayArena:
All external events and conferences at the BayArena are cancelled until further notice. The Schwadbud is also currently closed.

Ticketing information:
Tickets are currently not on sale as nobody can currently say which games will be played at which point. Bayer 04 will shortly provide information on the possibility of returning tickets.

Monday, 16 March: Extraordinary general meeting of DFL in Frankfurt
Tuesday, 17 March: UEFA video conference
