Fans have until 23:59 CET on Thursday, 7 December to give their support to Boniface via this voting page. The voting process consists of votes from fans (40%), the 18 club captains (30%) and various experts (30%).
Boniface, 22, arrived at the BayArena from Union Saint-Gilloise in the summer, so far scoring 13 goals and providing six assists in 19 competitive appearances for the Werkself.

After eight years in the youth set-up at Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Benjamin Adam is leaving the club. The 35-year-old, who most recently coached the Leverkusen U17s, will take charge of the Hansa Rostock U19 team next season.

There was a successful end to the women's internationals with Werkself players Carlotta Wamser and Cornelia Kramer qualifying for the 2027 World Cup finals in Brazil.
