Boniface joined Bayer 04 in the summer from Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise. In the four games he's played for the Werkself, the 22-year-old has already scored five goals and provided two assists.

The representatives of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) voted for Munich over Cologne-Rhine-Ruhr at their extraordinary meeting in Baden-Baden on Saturday 26 September.
