Tickets for the friendlies against Venezia and Copenhagen

Bayer 04 kick-off 2023 with two friendlies in Leverkusen: Venezia FC, including former Leverkusen player Joel Pohjanpalo, are the visitors to the Ulrich Haberland Stadium on 7 January. Tickets for the two friendlies are on open sale on Tuesday 20 December from 12.00 CET.

Ticket prices:

Bayer 04 Club members pay €5, non-members pay €7 (applies to both matches).
Against Venezia at the UHS: Free choice of seats.
Against FC Copenhagen at the BayArena: The blocks will be opened in turn starting with blocks B1 to B4 (initially the lower tier). In addition, the SD area will be open for fans.
Children up to and including the age of 13 have free entry to both games. Please note: The children must have a ticket. Tickets are available free of charge via the usual routes).

There is a maximum of ten tickets per order.

Carles Martínez Novell is new Bayer 04 head coach

Bayer 04 Leverkusen have appointed Carles Martínez Novell as the new head coach. The 42-year-old Spaniard worked for FC Toulouse in the French Ligue 1 until the end of the season. Martínez finished last term in ninth place with the club from the south of France. He will take over the Werkself on 1 July 2026 and has signed a contract to 30 June 2028. Martínez, whose contract with Toulouse expires at the end of the month, succeeds Kasper Hjulmand at Leverkusen, who is leaving the club after one season.
