
Tickets went on open sale at noon on Tuesday 29 November.
The stadium opens two hours before the friendly kicks off at 11.00 CET. The Christmas market on the piazza in the West Stand at the BayArena will start at the same time and is open to anyone with a ticket for the friendly against Zürich. The ticket for the friendly at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium includes a free non-alcoholic drink. The Premium Lounge at the BayArena opens at 12.30 CET with entertainment for families and children.
After the match against the Swiss champions, there will be an exclusive autograph session for members of the Löwenclub and the Teens club (registration via email to loewenclub@bayer04.de).
Further highlights include a press conference exclusively for Club members (registration via email to club@bayer04.de) and a children's press conference exclusive for members of the Löwenclub and the Teens club (registration via email to loewenclub@bayer04.de). Werkself players will field questions from Bayer 04 members. Afterwards there will be time for one or two photos and autographs before the events carry on on the piazza, including Christmas carols.

High spirits and previously untold stories: Around 100 Bayer 04 fans packed the Schwadbud fan pub in the east stand of the BayArena on Thursday evening to be there in person for the first instalment of the new series of events entitled “Rudi lädt ein” (Rudi invites you). They listened intently as long-serving Werkself players Gonzalo Castro and Stefan Kießling chatted with record appearance-maker Rüdiger Vollborn and presenter and stadium announcer Tobias Ufer about their many years together at the club, shared amusing anecdotes and revealed dressing room secrets. Anyone who missed the premiere can already look forward to the second instalment – on 12 May, Rudi will be testing the expert knowledge of Bayer 04 fans during a quiz night.
