Three-match ban for Palacios
Bayer 04 Leverkusen new signing Exequiel Palacios misses the next three Bundesliga fixtures.
The Argentina international received a three-match ban from the Argentine FA after being sent off in his last league game for his former club River Plate (in a 1-0 defeat against San Lorenzo). The suspension has been carried over to the DFB in accordance with FIFA regulations.
That means Palacios will not be available for the first game of the second half of the season away to Paderborn and the following two matches against Fortuna Düsseldorf and TSG Hoffenheim.

In France last year, the left-winger made 37 appearances in Ligue 1, the Coupe de France and the UEFA Europa League, scoring a total of eight goals and providing eleven assists.
