Tah misses U21 European Championships
Injury rules out Jonathan Tah of the forthcoming U21 European Championships in Poland starting on Friday.
The 21-year-old central defender suffered a muscle problem at Germany’s training camp in Grassau that has been diagnosed as a torn groin muscle.
Tah will now start his rehab back in Leverkusen at the BayArena. And he will also have his fingers crossed for Leverkusen team-mate Dominik Kohr and the rest of the U21 team. The Germany team, coached by Stefan Kuntz , start the European Championships on Sunday 18 June with the opening game against the Czech Republic.

Martínez ahead of league opener: ‘I want to see energy and passion’
